Ok, so I'm new to running, and I had no idea that socks can make a difference. Just to test it, one day I ran in regular sport socks, and then these. There was a HUGE difference in the way my feet felt! What's cool is that they never got sweaty! I like that they have different weaves and thicknesses in the fabric for different areas of the foot. I never thought I would be saying this about a sock, but these are pretty high tech. A must buy! Pair them with your fave 'barefoot' shoe (mine are Nike Free Run+) and you're good to go!
