They are comfortable with a good arch support. I use them in spin and cardio workouts
Pros: lightweight, good cushioning, good arch support, comfortable
Cons: runs wide

This product is primarily used/worn for:training/going to the gym
The shoes were delivered on time and are amazing to work out in! As long as you add a pair of Dr. Scholl's into the shoe for more support (if you are an avid exerciser) you will be fine.
Pros: good traction, lightweight, high performance, runs true to size, durable, comfortable, breathable
Cons: poor cushioning

This sneaker gave me great support during my step class. Very light and breathable. I can't think of any way to improve.
Pros: good traction, high performance, lightweight, good arch support, durable, comfortable, good cushioning, breathable
